Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday and will be available
for occupation after 3pm.
The cottage must be vacated by 10am on the Saturday of departure.
PLEASE NOTE!
If you are planning to fly over to France it is quite possible that your
flight might not run on a Saturday. Please contact us to arrange an alternative start day. We will try our very
best to accommodate your requirements.

DAMAGES DEPOSIT
To protect our property
and its contents we charge a Damages Deposit from all our guests.
On arrival you will be required to pay
a Damages Deposit of 150 euros in cash. After your departure the property and contents will be inspected to ensure no
damage or breakage has occurred. (I do not charge for the odd accident of a chipped mug or broken glass.)
Your
deposit will be reimbursed by cheque in £sterling immediately after full inspection, posted via Air Mail and therefore
will arrive within a few days.
If any damage is found you will receive a letter detailing the damage and
any deductions from your deposit.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided.
Electricity and Gas are
included.
NOT INCLUDED
Bath, hand and kitchen towels and tea
towels are not supplied
Towels can be hired for the duration of your stay.
One bath and one hand towel
per person, also one kitchen hand towel and two tea towels at a cost of €5 per person. (Payable on arrival
in cash)
